The OrangeGear® Custom Roll-Up Sign & Stand Kit gives contractors, municipalities, and traffic control crews a fully branded, job-ready signage solution — built tough, sized right, and compliant with MUTCD and MASH standards. Each kit bundles your choice of a custom-printed sign with a matching four-legged stand and a pair of orange fiberglass cross ribs, so everything you need arrives together. Signs are available in two sizes: 36" x 36" or 48" x 48" and three materials: a 15 oz fluorescent safety orange woven mesh for maximum airflow and wind resistance, a fluorescent orange non-reflective vinyl for daytime-only applications, or 3M™ High Intensity reflective vinyl certified to ASTM standards for 24-hour visibility. Your uploaded artwork or text is screen-printed in black directly onto the sign. Both vinyl options feature a rear anti-kiting strap that fastens to the cross ribs to prevent the sign from flapping or lifting in the wind.

Stand options include a lightweight springless aluminum stand (13 lbs.), a heavier-duty springless steel stand (18 lbs.), and a single-spring steel stand (25 lbs.) designed to flex and sway in gusty conditions rather than tip over. All three stands are four-legged, fold flat to a compact 5" W x 24" H for easy transport, and deploy to 41" W x 26.75" H when fully extended. Each leg extends up to 41" individually and features a kick-release lever that lets you level the stand on uneven terrain. Signs are elevated 12" off the ground on a universal screw-lock bracket that accommodates both sewn and plastic corner pockets. Orange riveted leg caps add an extra layer of visibility on site. All 3 stand models are compatible with 36" and 48" roll-up signs. All stands are MASH approved; all signs are MUTCD compliant.

: There are three options. The mesh sign is made from 15 oz fluorescent safety orange woven mesh - ideal for high-wind environments because air passes through the sign rather than pushing against it. The non-reflective vinyl is a solid fluorescent orange vinyl suited for daytime use. The reflective vinyl is made from ASTM-certified 3M™ High Intensity material that reflects headlights and other light sources, making it visible day and night. Both vinyl signs include an anti-kiting strap on the back that clips to the cross ribs to keep the sign from lifting or flapping in the wind.

There are three stand configurations. The springless aluminum stand is the lightest at 13 lbs. and works well for frequent moves between locations. The springless steel stand at 18 lbs. offers additional durability for longer-term deployments. The single-spring steel stand at 25 lbs. features a built-in steel spring that lets the sign sway in windy conditions rather than risking a tip-over — the best choice for exposed or high-traffic environments. All 3 stand models are compatible with 36" and 48" mesh and vinyl signs.

The springless stand is rigid — lighter in situations with low wind exposure but less forgiving in gusty or high-traffic corridors.
