The OrangeGear® One Lane Road Ahead Roll-Up Sign & Stand Kit includes a 36" or 48" roll-up mesh or reflective vinyl safety sign, a four-legged steel or aluminum springless or single spring steel stand, and a pair of orange fiberglass cross ribs. The mesh signs are crafted from a robust, highly visible 15oz fluorescent safety orange woven mesh, while the reflective signs are made from ASTM certified, 3M™ high intensity reflective vinyl. Both signs feature a legend that complies with MUTCD standards, ensuring visibility for both road users and pedestrians. Each sign is equipped with durable sewn-on mesh corner pockets designed to accommodate the provided cross ribs. The stands are lightweight and can be folded for convenient storage and transport. The stand is equipped with a universal screw-lock bracket designed to securely hold signs featuring either sewn or plastic corner pockets. The single spring stand contains a robust steel spring enhancing its stability by allowing the sign to sway in windy conditions. The springless stands are compatible with mesh roll-up signs measuring 36 inches and 48 inches, while the single spring stand is compatible with both mesh and vinyl roll-up signs measuring 36 inches and 48 inches. All the stands elevate the signs 12 inches above the ground for optimal display. A kick release lever enables the adjustment of each leg to stabilize the stand on uneven surfaces. Each leg can extend up to 41" and is topped with bright orange riveted caps for enhanced visibility. The stand's dimensions are 41" x 26.75" when extended, while it folds down to a compact size of 5" W x 24" H, weighing 13 lbs. for the springless aluminum, 18 lbs. for the springless steel, and 25 lbs. for the single spring steel. All the stands are MASH approved, with the signs meeting MUTCD compliance.
